OpusCapita electrifies and automates processes related to acquisition, invoice processing, and processes related to payment transactions and financing. Challenge
The expectations different parties had of product management did not always correspond with the existing methods. That’s why we needed to develop our expertise and determine a modern and unified way for product management to work with sales, marketing, and product development.
Solution
Prodman (see ”Contribyte Purchases the Business Operations of Prodman”) implemented an academy program customized for product managers as well as separate trainings for product development and business management. The program consisted of intensive training sessions of 1–3 days as well as in-depth workshops in requirement management, business modeling, and roadmaps.

The coaching helped product management and product development find a common language and shared operating methods, and also developed business-oriented thinking, requirement management practices, and long-term industrial design.
