Samlink and Contribyte have been working together since 2011
In connection with the new business strategy implementations, Samlink started an operating model reform, which aimed to streamline operations and reduce internal bureaucracy. Samlink wanted to take the Scaled Agile Framework as the delivery model but was in need of help in changing the theoretical model of into practical ways of action.
Contribyte charted in cooperation with Samlink core talent the needs of the organization and applied its knowledge and experience of the Scaled Agile Framework for the solution. The result was a model of transition from managing individual deliveries to managing larger entireties. At the same time SAFe was integrated into the overall approach to control the operation of the organization layers. The model allows improved transparency of operations and the work was given to the workers without them being shuffled around the job.
Although the benefits of the realization of projects in the banking sector may take several years, Samlink has already been able to speed up its work and make decision-making structures simpler. Transparency has increased in respect of both employees and management, which has reduced the number of reporting relationships. Transparency allows Samlink to respond more quickly to future projects and needs.
Samlink's net sales and earnings have grown every year since 2011
