Leading SAFe 4.0

Lean and Agile guidelines and the Scaled Agile Framework key practices. Includes a model for agile portfolio management, as well as the delivery of value to the customer using Agile Release Train thinking. Includes Agilist Safe (SA) -certification. After the course

The course aims to provide participants with a good understanding of making the operations of the organization more agile in accordance with the SAFe Framework. The course concentrates on the underlying SAFe Lean / Agile principles and teaches how the principles are apparent in portfolio management, the flow of improvement areas and team level work. We will discuss the steps of software development in a scaled environment by using simulations.

Content

SAFe is a scalable agile software and service development framework. The model describes the roles, activities and outputs associated with large-scale agile development. SAFe provides organizations with the ability to
