Better Scrum Master Training Program

The aim of the training is to strengthen and enhance the skills of a person in the Scrum Master role. During the training, you will receive support for the trainer / coach role required by everyday tasks, as well as chat with other participants about ideas and challenges that you have encountered in your work.

The program consists of a two day Scrum Master training and three (3) workshops ad homework assignments. Each workshop has its own subject area, but more detailed contents will be agreed upon with the participants during the training.

The aim is to create “Communities of Practice”, a culture that enables effective communication and knowledge sharing within the company into companies. The duration of the training is about 3-4 months

• Software development economics
• Scrum approach
• Pre-Sprint Planning – Theory and Practice
• Sprint planning – Theory and Practice
• Building quality during working
• Performance monitoring
• Sprint evaluation – theory and practice
• Sprint Demo – theory and practice

Workshops

Content will be agreed upon among the participants in more detail. Subject areas include:

• Effective communication in distributed environments
• Strengthening the use of the tool
• Continuous improvement and retrospectives
• Importance of demos and holding them
• The importance of review and tips for the team
• Dealing with the various stakeholders
• Scrum in scalable agile frameworks, (SAFe)

For whom

The course is aimed at new Scrum Masters or people already in the Scrum Master role
