Future Of Product Development Workshop Series

We arrange for selected companies the opportunity to participate in a series of workshops, where we create a vision in a controlled manner of how an optimum R&D platform could work. Our goal is to create the most important pillars for that will allow Future Product Development organizations to be successful even after 5-10 years.

Participating companies will also receive the opportunity to hear other companies’ ways of operating, as well as receive coaching and contacts from other companies in addition to a description of the future research and development organization. One set includes 4-5 participants.

Workshops will be held in a controlled manner by Contribyte. Each workshop focuses on a specific part of the product development area. Workshops include pre-topic material. The workshops themselves focus on the experiences of the participating organizations from the subject area and other examples. At the end of the workshop, the core foundations are created for this area.

• Part 2 – Building quality during product development
• Part 3 – Improving the monitoring and productivity of R&D
• Part 4 – product development management and innovation in product development
• Part 5 – Case examples of companies & Summary

Workshops are held in three hour sessions about once a month, the location is a suitable meeting room in downtown Turku. Lunch is included before or after the workshop.

Appointment times and places are agreed upon using Doodle, so that everyone can participate in all workshops.
