Streamline Lean And Agile Operation Models Of Your Organization

The aim of the training is a comprehensive strengthening and enhancement of Lean thinking in product and service development. During the training you will receive support from the trainer / coach for everyday tasks.

At the coaching, you will chat with other participants about thoughts and challenges that you have met in your work. We will consider together how Lean and agile principles can be implemented in practice.

During the training, participants will complete tasks in a group and /or independently related to the topics. Program is comprised of one (1) for one day training and five (5) a 2-3 hour training exercises / workshops. Each workshop will focus on their own topic, but more detailed contents will be agreed upon among the participants at the beginning of the training.

The aim is to create a company “Communities of Practice” – a culture that enables effective communication and knowledge sharing within the company, and to strengthen the continuous improvement way.

The duration of the training is about 3-5 months

After the course

Participants receive a hefty package of different models, tools, templates and methods to support organization-specific development.

Between the training and the workshops there is some “homework”, which provides continuity among participants in the course of daily work on the issues being discussed.

Content will be agreed in more detail with the participants, options include:

• Kanban: Visibility, construction and analysis of the Kanban board
• Kaizen: Continuous improvement and retrospectives
• Waste: What is “waste”? How it appears in your organization, how to get rid of it?
• Dealing with the various stakeholders and effective communication in distributed environments
• Value Streams
