VersionOne Product Owner training

In the VersionOne product owner tool training, you will learn to understand the role of the product manager better. The training focuses on management of the product backlog, monitoring, and “grooming”, and, of course, you learn to do a release plan ( “release planning”).

The training uses your own demo projects, where the trainer will be able to help understand the structure and gives tips for setting up the company object model. The training also includes exercises because it is an effective way to learn new things.

After the course

  • To create a backlog by importing tasks from a spreadsheet / Excel
  • To create and administer your own product backlog as well as the dependencies between the user stories and the portfolio
  • Create a portfolio of tasks, as well as user stories
  • To create and manage product roadmaps as well as their objectives
  • Prioritize work
  • To create a real-time reports (e.g. Sprint, burndown, summary ..)
