Future Product Development workshops

We organize the opportunity for selected companies to participate in a series of workshops, where each time guided by presentations and discussions around different themes, we together create an image in which the product development organization could operate in the most efficient way possible. Instead of the near future, the workshops aim to look about 5-10 years into the future, and describe the success factors by which the company stands out from its competitors.

In addition to a description of the future product development organization, the participating companies get the opportunity to hear about the way other companies in different industries operate, and get sparring and contacts from other companies. 4-5 participants are included in one series.

The workshops are organized under the guidance of Contribyte. Each workshop focuses on a specific theme of product development. The workshop opens with Contribyte’s introduction, and the event proceeds step by step with the help of discussion, pair work and short presentations to a summary, in which the main pillars of future success for this area are jointly determined around the theme.

The workshops are held in approximately three-hour sessions between September and May, approximately every month and a half. The location is in the center of Helsinki, the meeting place changes every time. Meetings include dinner.
