A good team is obviously much more than just a group of professionals working together. Evolving into a team is a process in itself, yet it is not a straightforward project that will generate a world-class team just like that. In order to function properly and to become even better, the team needs a social glue that holds it together and helps the team members reach their goals and solve conflicts.
